Facebook Fundraiser Donation Matching Gifts

In order to receive credit for a matching gift associated with a donation through a Facebook Fundraiser, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society must also be provided with:

The receipt from Facebook that contains the amount, date and time-stamp of the donation, which can be found in the actual email sent from Facebook. For example:

Proof of Portal Donation and/or Matching Gift OR Volunteer Grant

In order to receive credit for a total funds match, volunteer grant, Facebook donation matching gift, payment or match from Benevity or YourCause BEFORE funds are received, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society must be provided written confirmation that the funds are forthcoming. Please upload proof below. Proof must include LLS's name.
